Sean Lock is a supremely talented standup comedian who has previously worked with Bill Bailey as a co-writer.  I think he co-wrote the TV series, though I don't have the tape to hand at the moment, so I may be wrong.  Anyway, he has a similar love of the surreal and a not entirely dissimilar delivery.  This is one of his BBC Radio 4 series, also featuring the excellent Kevin Eldon;
